We are always proud to boast that 90% of our menu can be made gluten-free. And it doesn’t stop there! Our gluten free options are absolutely delicious. We’re on a mission to break the association that gluten-free is tasteless. Our gluten-free pizza dough is some of the best around and even our calamari is gluten-free. Our servers are happy to help you navigate which items can be made gluten-free, and our kitchen has separate processes and utensils for crafting gluten-free meals. A popular trend, zucchini noodles, or “zoodles” are a great way to include more veggies into your meal, especially if you’re a big fan of pasta (which means we’re big fans of you!). Zoodles are made using a spiralizer, which creates thin ribbon “noodles” out of the zucchini to be added to any of our pasta dishes. Our signature Linguini & Clams made with zucchini noodles? Yum!
Soups + Salads
An obvious lighter choice, Abrusci’s salads and soups are a great way to enjoy a light meal or add some color to an entree. Our Kitchen Sink Salad is full of almost every vegetable in the kitchen, and we are always rotating our soup of the day to be made with the season’s freshest vegetables. Our Soup & Salad combos are great for lunch, especially if you add a protein to your salad.
